1: Combine 2 oz of jalapeño blanco tequila and 1 oz of lime juice in a shaker.
2: Add in the small prickly pear and muddle to release its flavor.
3: Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
4: Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
5: Top with 3 oz of club soda and stir gently.
